Why a Women in Bitcoin project?
For almost 10 years, we have been immersed in the fascinating world of Bitcoin and Blockchain, building a path of development, collaboration and empowerment in the industry. Our trajectory has been shaped through participation in the NGO Bitcoin Argentina, experiences in Labitconf and the corporate arena, as well as co-founding Women in Blockchain and collaborating in social impact projects. Each of these experiences has been an invaluable opportunity to learn, grow and promote real change in the financial ecosystem.
At MUBIT, our mission is to facilitate access to cryptocurrencies as a tool for empowerment, especially for those communities and individuals who have historically been underrepresented in the financial sphere. We believe that Bitcoin and blockchain technology have the potential to build a more inclusive and equitable financial future, where opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of gender, economic status or social background.
We are driven by a vision of a world where education and the adoption of Bitcoin and blockchain serve as catalysts for greater financial equality. To this end, we work to encourage the active participation of women in the industry, creating safe and collaborative spaces that enable their integration, growth and leadership in this sector.
MUBIT is born with the commitment to close the gap of representation and knowledge in the crypto world, providing tools and resources that enable women and other underrepresented communities to explore, adopt, and fully leverage the potential of cryptocurrencies.
