The MUBIT Observatory is our space dedicated to the in-depth analysis of the crypto industry, where we generate strategic knowledge based on periodic statistics and a gender-focused approach that provides a unique perspective on the impact of Bitcoin on society. We are backed by a diverse team of anthropologists, economists, and sociologists, as well as strategic alliances that enrich our work and allow us to offer a comprehensive analysis of the industry.
The Observatory not only collects specific data from the Bitcoin and Blockchain ecosystem but also observes the broader financial context, identifying opportunities for growth and transformation. We analyze global trends and their relationship with the crypto sector to enhance the technology's impact on communities, especially those historically underrepresented.
With the MUBIT Observatorio, we provide accurate and relevant information that not only highlights women participation and other key aspects of the ecosystem but also guides companies and organizations with data-driven strategic advice. Thanks to our studies, companies can make informed decisions that align with the reality of the industry and maintain a socially conscious approach.
Objectives of the Observatorio:
1. Collect and analyze crypto industry data: Gather periodic statistics to understand the evolution of Bitcoin adoption, with a special emphasis on the gender perspective.
2. Identify growth opportunities in the global financial context: Observe trends and movements in the broader financial world to find synergies and opportunities that favor the development of the crypto industry.
3. Provide intelligent strategic advice: Utilize the knowledge generated to offer guidance to companies seeking to incorporate an inclusive vision and effectively and responsibly leverage the potential of blockchain technology.
The MUBIT Observatorio is our differentiator: a source of knowledge based on evidence and a unique perspective of inclusion and equity. Our gender perspective allows us to identify and promote growth opportunities that are truly inclusive, ensuring that technological advancement reaches all sectors of society.
Voice in Bitcoin
"Voice in Bitcoin" is a project designed to empower women with leadership potential in their communities. Aimed at territorial leaders, community figures, and influencers in various fields, the goal is to bring knowledge about Bitcoin to places where it has not yet arrived, thereby expanding opportunities for financial inclusion.
This project does not focus on opening wallets or commercial activations, but rather on training women who already have an influential voice in their areas, community leaders regardless of their field. We want to strengthen their leadership capabilities by providing them with tools that allow them to understand and communicate the benefits and uses of Bitcoin effectively. By reaching these service-oriented women, we enhance the dissemination of the message and knowledge of Bitcoin in a safe and accessible manner, extending its impact throughout the community. Their voices have the power to inspire and generate more voices.
"Voice in Bitcoin" not only seeks to share knowledge but also to inspire concrete actions that transform realities and make Bitcoin an accessible tool for community empowerment.

This project is not focused on opening wallets or commercial activations, but on empowering women who already have an influential voice in their territories, community leaders, whatever their field. We want to strengthen their leadership capacity by providing them with tools that enable them to understand and communicate the benefits and uses of Bitcoin effectively. By reaching out to these women committed to service, we empower them to spread the message and knowledge of Bitcoin in a safe and accessible way, extending its impact to the entire community. Their voices have the ability to inspire and gestate more voices.
SatosheRound Table

Discussion and debate for open and free dialogue.
An open space for all communities and their representatives.
To delve into the conditions affecting the Bitcoin, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
To contemplate the role of women in the industry, reflecting on community and collective challenges in building a fairer future and a more competitive and resilient industry.
